What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Internal Service Advisor to join our Porsche San Francisco team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

• Track the status of open repair orders during the day keeping both management and dispatcher updated with approvals and delays.
• Perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers and make appointments for maintenance items.
• Help the cashier close tickets and notify management when vehicles are ready to post for sale.
• Strive to meet management’s metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, and repair orders per day.
• Obtain the training necessary to know what is covered under warranty for each franchise.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

• Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.
• Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.

Pay range for this role is: $65,000 – $250,000 per year

Employee will be compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commissions/ bonuses, which will vary based on productivity
