Ensures that sales managers (new and used) understand dealership policies, procedures, and sales systems.

Work experience and references required

Experience with multi-point inspections & selling techniques

Outstanding communication & organization skills

Ability to manage high volume.

Working knowledge and understanding of online reputation

Assist sales managers in working and closing deals

Experience in maintaining the profitability of the dealership while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction
