Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

40% Oversee and develop the team in their activities to provide exceptional customer experience in alignment with PAS Program, department, and division goals. Partner with a variety of internal teams and external vendors to align workflow and service levels to evolving customer and department expectations. Develop and monitor department metrics, procedures and policies and priorities in alignment with department and PAS goals; adapt plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Responsible for creating talent pipeline for higher levels roles within the Onboarding team and an environment that will support a growing team; motivates, trains, and develops staff to create reliable results, developed talent for identified roles within onboarding team career paths.

40% Collaborate with other Leaders, vendors, and technical resources to design creative workflow and system solutions to solve administrative issues and continue to improve cycle time and customer experience. Anticipate customers’ needs and takes action to improve, prevent and/or resolve related customer service opportunities.

20% Focus on continuous improvement by working to bring the voice of the customer forward and guide the team in solving for the customer experience first in every decision. Promote team collaboration to create a customer-first structure that enables new ways of working and facilitates clear lines of accountability that minimize customer handoffs. Participate in the implementation of special projects, identify, and implement improvements in workflow, systems, procedures, and product development to ensure effective departmental operations. Coordinate team activities to ensure effective results; determine training needs for each team member to ensure effective, consistent utilization of evolving systems and procedures.

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, and/or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Experience: Six to seven years of progressively responsible experience in administration or operations and customer service, including three years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience in process improvement disciplines (LEAN or other methodology). Experience in implementing new technology to improve cycle time and customer experience required. Vendor management experience preferred. Project management and leadership experience required. Professional certification required: none

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$73,000.00 - $109,500.00
