Podcast Project Manager Jobs

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Project Manager is a must

Oversee and manage 3 separate calendars, alerting client of double-bookings, impending deadlines, and urgent tasks

Intuitively organized and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Excellent communication skills; comfortable communicating via email and text

Post podcast information and create audiograms for promotional use

Extract and post relevant snippets from podcasts for website content

Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills with a deep understanding of model architecture, formula efficiency and pivot tables

Prior experience with SQL and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau) a plus

Experience forming relationships across all levels of an organization and comfortable presenting to a broad range of audiences

Optimize and standardize processes for Podcast FP&A’s monthly and quarterly reporting, including implementing automated solutions

Prepare ad-hoc analysis of trends and variances; identifying variances and ability to communicate findings in an executive friendly manner

Partner closely with team members to communicate business performance, assist in resource allocation, and identify risks and opportunities to financial outlook

Develop and launch innovative publisher facing features across the publishing lifecycle such as onboarding, podcast management, user management and consumption analytics.

You have 3+ years experience in building and launching successful customer facing products

You're a fast, profound learner with the capacity to grasp our requirements from both business and technical perspectives quickly

Drive execution in collaboration with your Engineering, Design, and Data Science peers.

Collaborate with business development, customer success, marketing and other cross-functional teams in driving our publisher vision and strategy.

Work relentlessly to make sure your squad is focused on delivering the most impactful work and delivering against your success metrics.

You are already freelancing as a podcast manager or own a podcast management business

Able to produce examples of podcasts managed / set up

Excellent organization and writing skills

Have experience pitching potential podcast guests to have on a show

Have experience pitching the podcaster to be on other shows

Title: Podcast Manager (Contract - Approx. 5 hours per month)

Experienced people manager and leader

8+ years of experience in a finance setting/FP&A preferably in investment banking or FP&A at a technology or media company

Display initiative in anticipating and exceeding the business demands of business managers with a sharp eye for detail.

Extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Own the global consolidation of podcast programming expense and cash payments

A traffic manager, for transfer of data and assets between sales and delivery

Current podcast editing software may not have all of the necessary capabilities, we may need to seek a different software

Demonstrated success in project management.

Experience with paid media budgets and experimenting across new and existing channels including social media, newsletters and digital ads.

Proven experience drawing insight and opportunities from data, and utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data to make strategic decisions

Experience in Keynote, Canva, and/or Powerpoint

[Preferred] Experience translating audio into other media formats, like video and newsletters, for audience growth efforts

[Preferred] Knowledge of MixPanel and SEO best practices

Graphic Design, video editing and some copy writing experience

Minimum 2 years experience designing and/or managing social media

Minimum 2 years of video editing experience

Major props if you have experience with the following:

Conceptualizing, creating and posting engaging social-specific content with emphasis on short video content (IG Reels / TikTok) and Instagram Stories

Editing, correcting and animating Podcast videos to repurpose on social media, websites, emails, etc.
