In addition, we offer American Heart Association, Red Cross, and HSI CPR/AED/First Aid classes. The company has responded to a largely unmet demand for quality-assured CPR and comprehensive AED program management services. Our team comprises highly experienced AED specialists and certified instructors throughout the US to provide services and onsite training.

Role Description

We are looking for CPR Instructors to join our team in a 1099 independent contractor position. This is a remote role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for teaching our clients onsite CPR/AED/First Aid classes.

Markets: Nationwide. Immediate hires for New York City and Chicago.

Qualifications

• Current AHA/ARC/HSI instructor certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industry
• Minimum of two years of training experience
• Possess a minimum of six adult and six infant manikins with feedback devices, six AED trainers, necessary consumables, and AV equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CPR/AED and First Aid training courses at the client location, ensuring strict adherence to the structured curriculum.
• Assess students' comprehension of the material taught through various evaluation methods.
• Illustrate and explain correct techniques to students, ensuring their understanding and mastery.
• Stay abreast of the latest techniques and protocols, continuously updating knowledge and skills.
• Uphold a safe and secure learning environment, implementing necessary precautions and measures.
• Offer constructive feedback to students, evaluating and addressing their performance effectively.

Compensation: Competitive flat rate per class.
