Work you'll do


  • Prepare briefing materials and information to present to senior executive leadership
  • Provide program management support to include managing daily communication with Government staff; scheduling and developing materials for key staff engagement meetings; and developing ad hoc communications.
  • Independently create client-ready deliverables

Qualifications


Required:


  • 2+ years' of experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor's degree required


Preferred:


  • Interest in developing strategy & governance or IT project management experience
  • Able to professionally prepare client-facing documents and respond quickly to requests client/team requests.
  • Knowledge of strategic planning practices.
  • Knowledge of project management competencies, to include developing/implementing project timelines, tracking accomplishments and milestones, identifying and escalating risks, and contributing to client deliverables.
  • Experience supporting a federal agency strongly preferred
  • Possess critical thinking skills and ability to independently generate solutions to client issues.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to thoughtfully message to different audiences, including senior executive clients.
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques and approaches, including developing process diagrams and mapping organizational roles and responsibilities.
