  • Take ownership of metrics, KPIs, SLOs, and visualizations for systems, continually

seeking improvements and valuing diverse perspectives in performance evaluation.

infrastructure provisioning and configuration.

  • Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure, proactively identifying

performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and implementing effective

solutions to enhance scalability, efficiency, and reliability, taking into account diverse

perspectives and needs.

  • Possess experience in handling auto-scaling microservices and distributed highly

available systems and encourage collaboration and teamwork across diverse groups.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and security, to implement

and uphold security and compliance standards throughout the CI/CD process and AWS

infrastructure, fostering an inclusive approach to security.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of

continuous learning and improvement, ensuring opportunities are accessible to all team

members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or

equivalent experience), promoting equal opportunities for all applicants.

  • High proficiency in AWS services and technologies, including AWS CodePipeline, AWS

CodeCommit, AWS CodeBuild, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS Lambda, AWS IAM, and
