Plant Controller Jobs

We are conducting a confidential search for a Plant Controller with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the automotive, aerospace, and agricultural markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is based in the metro Charlotte area.

Key responsibilities will include:

·Ensure Plant reports are accurate issued within deadlines as required by management or government agencies.

·Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite work flow.

·Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities and capital and prepare information for financial statements as requested by the Divisional Controller.

·Establish and modify documents and coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

·Tend to customs and brokerage documentation.

·Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Bachelors degree

* 2+ years experience as a Plant Controller and/or Accounting Manager

* Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

* Experience in a plant manufacturing environment

* Previous supervisory experience is a plus
