Duties Include:

• Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Monitor gauges, monitors, and surroundings to ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Perform housekeeping to keep machinery functioning properly.
• Must wear safety equipment, i.e.: safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots and other PPE as required by specific jobs.
• Must comply with corporate safety lock out program.
• Troubleshoot equipment and notify maintenance personnel of any issues.
• Perform basic care and preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills.
• Sawmill experience preferred.
• Commitment to safety.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience working in manufacturing environment.
