Position Summary:

Responsible for telephone triage patient flow, and clinical support functions .

What a Phone Nurse will do:

• Schedule appointments
• Reviews and updates patient charts
• Support physicians and APPs through phone triage
• Result Notifications
• Patient education
• Refilling Medication

What a Phone Nurse will need:

• BLS certification within first six months of employment
• Licensed Practical Nurse
• BSN required or actively perusing.
• Registered Nurse
  • BSN required or actively perusing.
