• Demonstrated experience in sales, specifically within the women's health and reproductive genetics field.

Responsibilities:

As a Medical Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales objectives.
• Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Engaging with IVF clinics, Reproductive Endocrinologists, OBGYNs, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists to promote our products and services.
• Collaborating with our sales team and management to optimize sales processes and achieve collective goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, featuring a base salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000, based on experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission, access growth opportunities, receive comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental coverage, 401K, and mileage reimbursement. Moreover, potential equity opportunities are available.

Interview Process:

Our interview process consists of the following stages:

1. Initial team interviews with the hiring manager (VP of Sales).
2. Face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
3. Final interview with our CEO.
