In this role, you will develop business plans for individual customers, provide product knowledge to customers, build and maintain a strong network of health care professionals while fulfilling all monitoring and reporting requirements including expenses and call reporting using approved systems and processes. Maintain full compliance to all laws, regulations and policies. You will:

• Maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providers
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
• Present therapeutic products and creatively teach people about their usage

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license to drive to?assigned healthcare accounts
• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical / medical device with 3+ years’ selling to specialists
• Experience selling biologic products that utilize Buy and Bill or Specialty Pharmacy modes of distribution

Desired Requirements:

• Strong track record of sales success
• Recent ENT sales experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $127,500. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
