Pharma Meeting Planner (Hcp Meetings)

Bishop-McCann is seeking a full time Program Manager, specializing in pharma meetings, events and incentive travel with an emphasis in HCP meetings to join our pharmaceutical program operations team.

Program Managers lead client programs and oversee all aspects of program strategy, planning and execution for corporate meetings, events and incentive trips. As strong communicators, project managers and partners, they work with appropriate internal (and external) teams to bring branded experiences to life.

What you'll do...

• Develop and maintain client relationships by building trust and delivering a high level of customer service.

• Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed and be accountable to meet/exceed program deadlines and budget requirements.

• Oversee and manage all program elements, including developing program budgets, site visits, registration, technology, hotel sourcing, room blocks, creative, production, travel, onsite management, vendor partnerships, staffing and final reconciliations.

• Maximize value by effectively maintaining cost savings and avoidance data for programs and final reconciliations are delivered within client timelines.

• Provide post-program evaluation feedback to the program team and thorough trip reports.

• Provide ongoing and clear direction and communication to clients and all team members, including vendor partners.
