Job Description
Reporting to our GM of US & Growth, the Personal Shopper (Mid-Senior level) based out of our US HQ or remotely from Florida, will organize the sale of luxury items to a global clientele by being the first port of call for customer requests. With approximately a $1.6M - $2M target annually, we would look for you to meet and/or exceed 100,000k in sales monthly with support of your manager and team! You will build, maintain and develop essential relationships with your clients to provide the most personal luxury shopping experience possible.


The salary for this role is between $58,000-$85,000 per annum depending on experience which will be discussed at interview stages. This role also earns commission.


This role is hybrid and will require 2 days work from our NYC office as well as weekly committed time in person as needed for your clients and business.


You Will:


  • Analyze client profiles and implement strategy to develop sales year-on-year
  • Hold personal shopping appointments domestically and internationally if required
  • Manage towards annual and monthly sales portfolio targets
  • Build and manage your own personal client book
  • Work close with the internal departments that affect the overall customer journey (social, brand partnerships, sourcing, creative, dispatch and finance)
  • Identify essential industry partnership opportunities and introduce these to Threads
  • Connect directly with clients with chat-based media to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries and sell desired items
  • Research, source, and find product to satisfy your Clients requests and needs
  • Talk directly with clients through chat-based media to receive product requests and confirm sales


Requirements


You Have:


  • 4+ years of experience in Personal Shopping (ideally) or Luxury Retail Sales, with an established clientele network and social media
  • Social Media knowledge and willing to learn new platforms
  • Ability to work in a fluid, dynamic startup style space
  • Keen, motivated and excited by growth potential in an evolving business environment
  • Excellent sales knowledge and customer first approach
  • Highly data-driven and analytical approach
  • Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market
  • Motivated by personal sales targets and enjoys exceeding them
  • Experience with luxury good and high net worth client base
