As you can imagine, we've been growing like crazy. However, our biggest challenge is finding YOU. We have had limited capacity as our owners are also implementers… until now!

We’ve opened up the opportunity for one more coach to join our team. We’re in search of a stand-out, highly-skilled, motivated, driven, and take-charge Performance Coach to expand on our success.

We want to pour into you and help you build a phenomenal book of business that you can manage. You’ll be paid per client company that you serve and participate in a bonus structure that creates a very clear and realistic path to make $130K+ per year based on coaching as little as 5 client companies.

Our model has been created by life-long coaches with over 50,000 hours of combined coaching and consulting experience, not a CPA or CFO.

Together, our founders carefully crafted this role and designed it based on creating “the dream” coaching role.

Our #1 goal for you as a Performance Coach at MGV is to help you live your ideal life, including:

  • Location Flexibility- You can literally do this job from any location that has an internet connection. Want to live in Fiji, Costa Rica, The Bahamas… Your Yacht? GO FOR IT!!!
  • Time Efficiency- Even at full capacity you should be working less than 30 hours per week.
  • Earning Potential- True 6-figure coaching position ($130,000+).

SIDE NOTE: A lot of companies provide company-observed holidays and PTO… we are a little different. As a company we observe Fridays. Yes, every Friday is a personal day to grow and improve yourself. Ever wondered what you could accomplish with an extra day every week… here you go. Lastly, on this little tangent, we have unlimited PTO. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly sales meetings for each client
  • Onboarding new salespeople (up to 3 salespeople per client company)
  • Assist in the creation, revision, and implementation of onboarding training and curriculum for all clients
  • Weekly stakeholder meeting to follow up and review current team status
  • Regular reporting to the internal team
  • Assess needs for staffing
  • Hold recruiting meetings with potential sales candidates


Qualifications

  • Strong company culture fit
  • Sales or consulting background highly desired
  • EOS experience a huge bonus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technologically proficient (CRM usage, Zoom or other video conferencing, email, etc…)
  • Ability to work with multiple clients with multiple individual salespeople each week
  • Must have 5+ years of experience as a business coach
