Experience with management of Athlete Management Systems

Experience in NCAA Division I or professional basketball setting / current NSCA RSCC certification

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of athlete performance data, discerning trends and patterns, and offering actionable insights and recommendations

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification

First Aid and CPR certification

Minimum of two years of coaching experience or completion of EXOS Performance Internship

Currently holds a national accredited certification such as NASM or CSCS

Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings

Direct and/or assist with GPS distribution, collection, download, and cutting, wellness monitoring, testing administration, RPE collection, compiling, analysis, and reporting

Contribute to and advance LTAD programming and curriculum, data collection, testing, analytics, and reporting to develop high-performance football-oriented solutions

Direct and/or assist with delivery of scientifically based optimal recovery strategies post-training and post-match
