Job Description
The ServiceTrade People Team is looking for an eager to learn, detail-oriented, and highly analytical individual to join as a People Ops Representative. If you are looking for a role that gives you wide visibility into the world of HR - this is it!


What will this role be doing?


At a glance, some example responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:


  • Organize weekly company lunches, creating a calendar of events for local employees to enjoy.
  • Be the point of contact for benefits administration tasks including new hire enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events.
  • Maintain and audit employee data in our HRIS frequently to ensure proper reporting.
  • Managing the office, establishing relationships with building vendors and creating a safe and enjoyable experience for all employees.
  • Own the employee lifecycle process including running an engaging orientation for a hybrid audience, handling offboarding, and managing role change processes.


What are we looking for in a candidate?


  • You’ll be maintaining, manipulating, and visualizing data, so you have to have a sharp eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and be efficient with reporting. Must be proficient in Google Suite, especially in Google Sheets.
  • B.S. in a relevant field; 2+ years of progressive experience working in employee-focused or human resources environments.
  • You’ll have your hands in a variety of tasks, so you have to be organized, process-oriented, and understand how to prioritize.
  • Being in the nature of HR, candidates must have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with total discretion.
  • Knowledge of Zenefits or other HRIS systems preferred.
  • You’ll be working with people in different ways, so you have to be personable, approachable, and excited to interact with others.


Environment/Location:


You should be comfortable, and plan on working in the office Monday - Friday during regular business hours. Please note our RTP location when applying.
