We are currently seeking a talented Generalist to join the People Operations team. As a People Operations Generalist you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization’s human resources and operational processes. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in fast paced and exciting environments and is a self-starter. Additionally, they will possess a solid understanding of HR | People practice and thrive in a culture that values agility and adaptability. This is a hybrid role in which you will be located in the St. Louis, MO area.

The Job


  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to key stakeholders
  • Serve as a point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communications to the People Team
  • Utilize data- driven decision making to assess effectiveness of people operations initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Additional duties as assigned
  • Contribute to a strong culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Support managers in employee relations and performance management
  • Provides visible HR presence to our employees that support engagement
  • Partner with management and leadership team in workforce planning, employee engagement, career development, performance management and policy interpretation and implementation
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation and participates in interviews
  • Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy


Requirements


  • Effective interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization
  • HR Certifications, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or related field required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands and work independently
  • A minimum of 3 years of human resource generalist experience is required
  • Proven skills in leadership, project management and people management
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred
  • Proven experience with effective collaboration with senior management
