THE OPPORTUNITY

TechInsights is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator in our Denver office. The People Operations Coordinator will provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple People Partners with a specific focus on HR transactions related to data maintenance, process, and systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent administration, organization, and data entry skills. Experience with HR systems, Microsoft, and other cloud applications is beneficial in this role.

What You Will Do

• Provides support to People Team colleagues with the maintenance of organizational charts and other duties as required and related to data entry
• Support transition between record management systems
• Process workflows when onboarding and offboarding employees
• Maintain and create all virtual employee files, also complete I-9 verifications for all new employees.
• Create and administer the internal promotion and internal transfer letters
• Coordinate with other departments including Payroll and Benefits to ensure accurate payments, deductions, and problem resolution.
• Maintain and update all employee email distribution lists and staff contacts.
• Collects, coordinates, and maintains confidential and sensitive information.
• Maintain and update data entry process documentation

Who You Are

• Ability to maintain complete confidentiality of employee data
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, BambooHR, JazzHR, and related software
• Knowledge of People processes and systems.
• Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy
• Administrative experience in HR or an associate’s degree preferred
• Excellent administration, organization, and data entry skills.
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and proactively addressing situations and opportunities
• Computer savvy with proven ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
