Responsibilities

• Establishes entry priorities based on Payroll Processing Pay Calendars
• Data Entry for new hires/rehires, I-9’s validation, emergency contact information, Direct Deposit, W4’s
• Transfer data from paper formats into our company’s digital database
• Enter all Employee Data Changes, Job, location, pay changes, etc.
• Ensure all data is error-free, backed up, and stored safely

Qualifications

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
• Confidentiality
• Organization skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some basic computer courses preferred
• Ability to type quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Quick typing skills and computer savvy
• Attention to detail and thoroughness
• Working knowledge of [preferred database management tools] DocuWare, Paylocity
