Job Description

Edgelink is looking for an HR and Payroll Tech Product Owner for our client in the financial space. They are seeking a Product Owner with 4 years of experience in Agile product management and 7 years of financial services product experience to lead a global Agile Delivery team of analysts, subject matter experts, developers, architects, and data analysts across all HR and Payroll Technology product areas. They are moving from SAP on prem to Employee Central in the cloud so experience with both of these is ideal.


Responsible for:

  • Using data to uncover opportunities and drive decision making, and leading the team to deliver outcomes while balancing short and long term objectives
  • Defining objectives and key results
  • Establishing design thinking, agile, and lean rituals


The base salary range for this position is $140,000 - $155,000.


You must come in office in Denver, CO
