Job Description
This position will report directly to the Payroll and Benefits Administration Manager. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing weekly payrolls for all Trachte locations and working directly with the Payroll and Benefits Administration Manager and Finance on reconciling payroll and benefits expenses.


Position can be remote post training, might have to be onsite at times.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and excellent collaboration skills to partner effectively across all business units and states.
  • Providing weekly labor reporting to Finance and Operations.

  • Experience maintaining confidential information and the ability to handle issues with discretion and good judgment.
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and monthly bank statements.
  • Record 401K plan participant changes.
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries that may include hours worked, earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves of absence, nontaxable wages, social security taxes, unemployment, worker’s compensation payments, etc.

  • ACH information provided to Finance for processing.
  • Process ACH/manual check entries (with each payroll, if needed)
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
  • Payment requests submitted for approval.
  • Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources or a related field required OR equivalent work experience required.
