Patient Service Representative – Full Time

DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team. We are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed. This is a very busy call center environment.
This is a full time position in Derry, NH. Hours are Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and rotating Saturdays a week day off).
DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for since 1964.
