Job Description

The Patient Experience Project Administrator is responsible for managing various health system strategic initiatives and programs geared specifically to improving the patient experience and fostering a relationship-centered culture of service across the Montefiore Medical Center (MMC). Specifically, the Project Administrator's primary focus will be overseeing and managing institutional institutional initiatives to enhance the patient experience at MMC. The Project Administrator will work closely with the Senior Director of Patient Experience to coordinate efforts and coach clinical managers and front line clinical staff as they both oversee and deliver patient-centered and relationship-centered care. In addition, Project Administrator will be joining a team of Patient Experience Administrators who will collaborate in this effort, and also assist in supporting this group's efforts in implementing a relationship-centered communication curricula for clinicians and staff across MMC. This role will demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities coach and support front line managers and clinicians to sustain relationship-centered skills. This role will support departmental activities by monitoring, evaluating and reporting on performance related to active projects. The project manager will need to communicate with staff and associates across MMC on behalf of the Patient Experience team, and effectively manage schedules, timelines, data, and teams for timely roll-outs of programs and completion of projects.


Education/Skills:


Bachelor's Degree
