Overview The Director of Patient Experience is responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive patient experience strategy that will ensure a positive patient experience across all care settings. This role will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that the patient experience is at the forefront of all decisions and initiatives. Detailed Job Description The Director of Patient Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive patient experience strategy that will ensure a positive patient experience across all care settings. This role will work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that the patient experience is at the forefront of all decisions and initiatives. The Director will be responsible for leading the development of patient experience initiatives, including but not limited to, patient satisfaction surveys, patient feedback systems, patient education programs, and patient advocacy initiatives. The Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive patient experience training program for all staff. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related field
• Experience in patient experience initiatives
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
• Knowledge of patient experience best practices
