Patient Care Coordinator Jobs

Formation Tampa, a leading provider of weight loss and cosmetic procedures in the Tampa area, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional care and support to patients interested in our weight loss and cosmetic services. You will be responsible for answering calls, guiding patients through their journey, and scheduling consultations. This position is available for both part-time and full-time employment.
Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and provide compassionate and informative assistance to patients interested in weight loss and cosmetic procedures.
-Guide patients through their options, explaining our services, procedures, and treatments in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
-Develop a comprehensive understanding of Formation Tampa's service suite and stay updated on industry advancements.
-Educate patients over the phone, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of the process and potential outcomes.
-Schedule consultations, follow-ups, and procedures while maintaining accurate records of patient appointments.
-Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and personalized patient care.

Requirements:
-Previous customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information in a clear and patient-friendly manner.
-Knowledge of weight loss and cosmetic procedures is advantageous, but not required.
-Willingness to learn and stay updated on our services is essential.
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
-Empathy, compassion, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients throughout their journey.
-Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic medical records, and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
