Pastry Assistants:

• Assist guests in our open kitchen
• Assist other prep stations as needed, especially during our busy lunch rush

Full Time Schedules

• Mid-morning to early evening shifts
• Monday and Saturday shifts required.
• 5-day work week with rotating day off. Closed on Sunday.
• Early morning to mid-afternoon shifts, subject to availability; or,
• Shifts can run up to ten (10) hours long
• 6-day work week on special occasions and during the holidays.

Part Time Schedules

• Shifts can run up to ten (10) hours long
• Must be available three (3) full shifts/week, preferably Monday, Friday, and Saturday. (Availability on other days is welcome!)
• Mid-morning to early evening shift
• Early morning to mid-afternoon shift, subject to availability; or,

We're looking for people who:

• Enjoy teamwork and helping customers
• Don't have food service experience? That's ok---we develop and cross-train our staff all the time. This is a great role if you're new to food service or returning after more than two (2) years out of food service. Apply today!

• Understand that hospitality staff works when others are playing, especially on Saturdays and during the Holiday Season (Nov. 1 through Dec. 31)
• Agree to a pre-employment background check (criminal and driving)(Note: a criminal record does not disqualify one from being hired. We handle these circumstances on a case-by-case basis.)
• Love to work with people
• Seek long-term employment---one year or more
• Preferably possess at least 6 months* of food prep experience (BOH) within the past two (2) years in a high-volume bakery, hotel, restaurant, banquet, caterier or similar operation
• Welcome a smoke-free, drug-free environment
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
