Part-Time Design Center Associate

David Weekley Homes is seeking a Part-Time Design Associate to work with our New Home Design Center Team in Ponte Vedra, FL. Our Design Center is where our home buyers go to learn about and select product options as they design their Weekley dream home. We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who desires to make a positive impact on others to join our Jacksonville Division.

Responsibilities

• May prepare selection files for designers or assist with selections and pricing out options.
• Provide enthusiastic and professional service for customer calls and visits.
• Enter customer information/selections into our software system and prepare reports
• Schedule appointments with team members, designers, and homebuyers.
• Work in roles varying from answering phones, filing and organizing to interacting with customers.
• Maintain design center samples and signage. Keep the Design Center organized and tidy.
• Keep inventory and various lists updated.

• Must be able to move around the Design Center throughout the day assisting customers and handling lightweight, but sometimes awkward, building/design materials.
• Must be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude
• Effective communication skills and acts with a sense of urgency
• High level of integrity

Work Hours & Schedule

• Saturday & Sunday Work Hours: 11 am- 6 pm
• 10-20 hours per week, including at least 1 weekend day
• The person in this role must be available to work the following hours on their assigned days:
• Monday-Friday Work Hours: 5 pm-8 pm

Work Location: David Weekley Homes Design Center located in the Nocatee Community- 680 Crosswater Parkway, Ponte Vedra, FL 3081

Pay: $16 per hour
