The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a luxury retail setting and be able to work in a fast paced environment. The Swell Boutique Retail Attendant is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service standards, generating sales, merchandising, and creating a warm and pleasant environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic and a passion for service. Candidates must be able to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.
