Job Description
We are looking for a Temporary Data Entry Operator to work remotely. This position is to assist the team with retrieval of medical records and data entry review.


  • Work from home position but must be able to report onsite in Albuquerque, NM as needed for trainings, technical issues etc..
  • M-F 8am to 5pm
  • Temporary (6 months)
  • Remote position- must have hard wired modem (no working of WIFI) 15MBPS minimum of home internet speed
  • Weekly pay
  • $21.00p/hr


Responsibilities of the Data Entry Operator Include:


  • Communication and correspondence verbally and in writing both internally and externally.
  • Verifies accuracy of data entered into the Critical Incident Reporting Portal, corrects inaccuracies and updates the portal appropriately.
  • Under the direct supervision of Critical Incident Management RN Supervisor, this position is responsible for Critical Incident Reporting (CIR) data entry activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Performs intake and data entry utilizing multiple screens and navigating multiple platforms.
  • Collaborates with the CIR team in routine meetings to identify issues, trends, best practices, and process improvement activities.
  • Obtains, organizes, and analyzes data, and reports utilizing data mining tools and software systems in collaboration with other team members.


Must be able to attend training and meeting in the local Albuquerque metro area.


Data Entry Operator Requirements


  • Experience in data entry required
  • Must be able to pull data and check accuracy for multiple reports Critical thinking
  • Must be able to prove 90% accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to sustain quality standards.
  • Requires strong organizational skills, ability to create, sort and analyze reports (Excel, Access, etc) and system processes
  • Attention to detail
  • ***Remote position- must have hard wired modem (no working of WIFI) 15MBPS minimum of home internet speed
  • Requires ability to understand and use multiple software's at once
  • Critical thinking
  • Multiple computer screen usage
  • High school diploma plus two to three years experience
  • Written communication skills as well as business writing and presentation skills are required.
