Part-Time Warehouse Clerk Jobs

• $19.50/hr to start (increase to $20.72/hr after 6 months of employment)

• May involve other days based on vacation/business needs
• Saturday 7:30am-5:30pm
• Friday 2-:00pm -10:00pm

• Assign reference numbers to the appropriate routes
• Process delivery receipts
• Filing pick tickets, exception orders, trip sheets, load controls
• Performs other relevant job duties as required
• Plan and prioritize workload to ensure that billing is completed timely for the store deliveries
• Provide customer service assistance to Supervisors
• Look up UPC’s of unidentified REV and Joliet product
• Prepare store invoices and billing of store deliveries
• Monitor trip leave times

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous Accounting/Bill Experience
• Previous experience with warehouse/distribution systems

• Must be available to work holidays
• Must work well under pressure and deadlines
• Ten-key calculator proficiency
• Good communication & people skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Computer knowledge and experience a must: online billing & routing

• Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties.
• Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
• Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment.
