• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to assume responsibility and to interface and communicate effectively with others
• Familiarity with construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, building materials, and required standards applicable to discipline.
• Friendly, positive, collaborative, with a customer-service focus
• Architecture, engineering, or environmental studies degree or equivalent combinations of technical training
• Willingness to become a LEED AP and an ICC CALGreen Inspector
• Flexible to work with project schedules and timelines
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to multi-task
• Enthusiastic in the area of sustainability, green building, energy efficiency, and climate change mitigation
• Ability to represent the company and project team in a professional manner

• Educational background in Green Buildin/Sustainability/Decarbonization
• This is a part-time, project-based position.
• Must have 0-2 years of experience in handling sustainability projects
• Must be located in the US and willing to work in Pacific Standard Time
