Job Description

Work Schedule is Monday through Friday. Average of 20-25 hrs a week

Responsibilities include:

  • File keeping and management via computer programs
  • Professional phone etiquette, answering phones, responding to customer emails
  • Other responsibilities as needed
  • Daily interaction and proper communication with employees and management alike

Qualified candidates will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Office environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Have a focus on customer service
