A Partner Marketing Specialist is required for a Global, IPO’ed, Hyper-Growth Fintech SaaS Provider, providing cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to streamline financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive growth. Our mission is to revolutionize the way enterprises manage their financial operations through technology-driven solutions. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Partner Marketing Manager with a strong background in B2B Fintech SaaS to drive our partner ecosystem's growth through effective marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies that strengthen relationships, increase brand visibility, and contribute to revenue growth. Your job is to enable new and existing partners to promoting Pagero’s solutions to their customers through various marketing channels. This includes planning and executing joint marketing campaigns and activities together with partners, as well as supporting them in running initiatives by themselves. You will work closely with both the Global Marketing team and the Partner Managers, reporting into the Partner Marketing Manager in the EU (with a dotted line into local Marketing in Chicago).
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize the impact of partner marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and thought leadership initiatives with partners to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Fintech and financial services industry.
- Collaborate with the sales and partnerships teams to develop a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, web content, and social media assets, that resonate with partners and effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for partnership growth.
- Lead the creation and execution of partner-specific marketing plans that support partner goals and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of partner marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, serving as a point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and needs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of the ERP Finance SaaS landscape, including key players, trends, and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partner marketing or product marketing within the B2B Fintech SaaS industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
