Job Description

The Position – Marketing Lead (Real Estate Industry)

You will have the opportunity to join a growing organization and can have a key role in building out a Marketing Department over 2-3 companies under the company umbrella.


An applicant will be expected to perform a variety of daily tasks which can include but are not limited to:

  • Write blogs and conceptualize unique content for social media and website;
  • Learn and manage Buildout platform to be able to train new Associates at the company;
  • Manage SEO for the company to track and grow social media platforms;
  • Work with each team to create territory-based content for their clients;
  • Creating marketing materials for email campaigns, newsletters, and mailers (postcards, flyers, quarterly reports);
  • Form and manage relationships with real estate journalists and advertising companies throughout the city;
  • Plan company events including happy hours, summer outings, charitable giving days, and holiday parties;
  • Utilize Photoshop for marketing books & broker needs.


Qualities for Success

The ideal applicant will have a natural passion for marketing and entrepreneurship, as well as the desire to expand one’s knowledge in the real estate industry. Additionally, this person will be task and process oriented, exhibit a strong understanding of social media and SEO, and have creative capacity to think outside the box. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, and experience with Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.

Our Team

Each brokerage team has a specified territory and operate independently from other teams in the company. In essence, each team is run like its own business with cross-collaboration occurring frequently between teams.


The Marketing Lead works directly with members of each team to write press releases, create unique mailers (like flyers and postcards), creates unique content for all social media platforms, plans office events, and conceptualize ways to make our company stand out to existing and potential clients. As the company expands, we are in search of an associate to support the team with the day-to-day operations.
