Job Description
Sprinklr is a leading enterprise software company for all customer-facing functions. With advanced AI, Sprinklr's unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform helps companies deliver human experiences to every customer, every time, across any modern channel. Headquartered in New York City with employees around the world, Sprinklr works with more than 1,000 of the world’s most valuable enterprises — global brands like Microsoft, P&G, Samsung and more than 50% of the Fortune 100.

Learn more about our culture and how we make our employees happier through The Sprinklr Way.

We have the exciting opportunity to help build the legacy of Sprinklr Partner Marketing and contribute to the evolution of the Sprinklr Unified Partners Program. The Partner Marketing Coordinator will act as the trusted, strategic advisor to the Global Partnerships team, external partners, and cross-functional teams across Sprinklr globally. A strong candidate has campaign and event management experience, stellar communication and project management skills, and a validated understanding of partner ecosystems. They enjoy working in a dynamic, highly collaborative environment with global stakeholders and partners, collaborating closely with partner managers, and exceeding expectations through effective cross-functional partnerships, strategy, and execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with the Sprinklr Marketing team and partners to integrate them into Sprinklr first-party activations, from thought leadership content and joint customer stories to a global event series.
  • Driving co-marketing programs with our enterprise software partners (including system integrators, social channel partners, tech/cloud, and advertising agencies) that extend across our respective marketing channels: events and conferences, digital properties, PR/Social, CRM, content marketing, advertising, sales, and advocacy community.
  • Administering and tracking partner MDF funds and the (coming soon!) Sprinklr MDF program. Managing event budget allocations and sponsorships.
  • Joint ownership of pipeline targets and report on campaign success and business contribution for owned activations.
  • Developing and owning partner self-service resources and programs with an aim for scale, including campaign toolkits, marketing guides, and joint customer and partner advocacy programs.
  • Cultivating relationships with the Global Partnerships team and external partners to over-communicate and maintain alignment on co-marketing activations.

What makes you qualified:

  • 4+ years' experience in marketing, communications, account-based marketing, and leading in-person and virtual events. Partner marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to be creative, innovative, and think in an unexpected way.
  • You have a strong analytical attitude with the desire to measure, analyze, act, and improve marketing programs.
  • Phenomenal communication, storytelling and presentation skills. Can demonstrate marketing leadership with cross-functional stakeholders, leaders, and partners.
  • Experience managing and/or leading campaign or event budgets.
  • You have a run-through-a-brick-wall level of drive, passion, and desire for results.
  • A life-long learner who adopts a growth mindset.
  • Have a daring spirit to build something from the ground-up.
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding pipeline through marketing activations targeting enterprise and mid-market sized organizations.
  • Experience building and executing marketing plans in partnership with sales/partner teams, leadership, external partners, and other third-parties (e.g. agencies) that results in win/win scenarios.
