The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable and conducting other tasks related to finance.r They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to produce clear financial reports.This is not a full time position and very little accounting as no daily transactions occur. More looking for somone to streamline our books and assist in monthly recording. avg pay range for such light duty $250 monthly

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (monthly and yearly)

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property management
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks
