We are looking for an experienced Remote Part-time Videographer Booker to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and booking skilled videographers for our clients' onsite video production needs in various industries.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in roles such as purchasing manager, buyer, category manager, vendor manager, or a related field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proven track record of successful vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationship management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts and pricing with videographers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services
• Source and book skilled videographers for onsite video production projects for our B2B clients
• Develop and maintain a strong network of videographer contacts across various industries and regions
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of booked videographers to ensure they meet or exceed expectations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive top-notch video production service
• Collaborate with our internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and timelines
