Customer Service Representative / CSR


Elmhurst, IL


Two shifts available:


  • 2pm to 6pm weekdays plus Saturday
  • 9am to 1pm weekdays plus Saturday


Pay starts at $18.00 per hour


This position requires you to be in the office daily

Our Customer Service Representatives are there to help our customers when they experience problems with their vehicles. You will be trained to Assist drivers with vehicle maintenance calls. You will assist shops with approvals and light roadside assistance. You will learn about our dynamic industry and prepare to assist customers through our comprehensive, fully paid training program. We provide constant coaching and feedback to help you develop your skill.


Principal functions and responsibilities:


  • Transfer calls to other departments
  • Assist drivers with shop selection
  • Dispatch service providers to assist customers with roadside assistance.
  • Open service orders in the MIMS system
  • Answer inbound calls from fleet drivers and repair shops
  • Provide approvals for shops
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Team Leads and management.
