Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience.

• 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing.
• Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
• Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill. Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Advanced culinary knowledge is expected for this position.
• Position regularly involves lifting food cases and mat erials weighing up to 70 lbs . p ushing and pulling, bending, lifting, carrying carts is required.
