Part Time Assistant Store Manager

NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a Part Time Assistant Store Manager to support our retail operations. As a vertically-integrated, multi-channel apparel company, we pride ourselves in providing unparalleled levels of service to our customers. The Part Time Assistant Store Manager will assist in managing a dedicated team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals are met. In line with our company’s mission, the Assistant Store Manager will be customer-centric and make decisions that reflect this approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and implement merchandising and promotional initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and other issues in a timely manner
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of retail staff
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Monitor inventory and collaborate with Store Manager to implement strategies to improve inventory turnover
• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations

Requirements

• Ability to effectively manage staff and resolve conflicts
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Understanding of inventory management principles and techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• At least 2 years of retail experience, with prior leadership experience preferred
