The Role:
The Paralegal, US Legal provides support for US Market Legal. This individual will report to the VP, Legal, US Commercialization.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Assisting with obtaining, renewing and maintaining company related licenses and other organizational documents .
Assist attorneys in reviewing certain types of agreements Respond to internal requests for information .
Assist with contract management and implementing changes to contract management processes.
Provide support related to responding to complaints, subpoenas or other demands for information.
Provide support related to litigation or forms of alternative dispute resolution (e.g, mediation and arbitration)
Requirements:
Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:

• Paralegal Certification , Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or 6+ years of related experience

For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:
$71,250.00---$118,750.00
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
