Junior Patent Paralegal Jobs

M&B Patent Firm is looking for a patent paralegal to work full time in its Bernardsville, NJ office.

The person working as patent paralegal will prepare support documentation and file patent applications; draft correspondence and non-substantive components of legal documents; and review docket reports. They will also be responsible for client status reports, obtaining patent file histories and certified copies, and proofreading patents.

Training on patent law and firm procedures will be provided.

The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail, comprehension skills, willingness to learn, and interest in a career as a paralegal. Relevant experience in patent law is a big plus.
