Short Description

Performs paralegal duties independently with limited supervision by Associate General

Counsel or Chief Legal Counsel.

Duties include research, preparation of contracts, review and prepare changes to

transactional matters, review and summarization of litigation matters, investigation and

preparation of discovery materials in litigation matters and other administrative duties as

required.

Experience Required

Completion of a Paralegal Certificate Program and 3-5 years law firm experience, in-house at a health system/hospital or at a law firm specializing in health law..

8 years law firm experience or other appropriate experience and skills equating to that of a paralegal.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

License/Certification Requirements

Certified Paralegal preferred.

Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 9-5
