Paralegal I - Part-Time

Magnit Global is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal I for one of our leading clients who have their hands firmly on the pulse of the automotive industry, with unmatched expertise in vehicle remarketing services, and digital and software solutions for automotive dealers.

This part-time position will be a 5-months contract – 100% Remote. The work schedule will be 4 hours/day and 16 hours/week. The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $30.43/hour - $38.04/hour W-2 based on experience. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met).

Responsibilities:

• Administrative legal tasks
• Assist Legal Privacy with managing privacy inbox
• Performing vendor inventory and data processing agreement management

Qualifications:

• Must have contract knowledge, review agreements
• Must have Office applications experience (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
• Familiarity with reviewing basic contract terms is required.
• Need to be a quick learner and good communicator
• Must be self-motivated
• No privacy experience required
• SharePoint or NetDocuments experience a plus
• Entry Level Paralegal or Law Student
