Description of Duties
o Cooking and/or baking menu items
o Dough management
o Pizza tossing, topping, launching, and portioning.
o Performance of quality control assessments, including Slice Quality Rating (SQR), Pie Quality Rating (PQR), Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC), Product and Food Safety Audits.
o Adherence to customer service standards.
Position Dimensions
The position is a nine-month cyclic position that works mid-September to mid-June. Additional work may be available in the summer based on business needs and seniority. While staff are hired into specific positions, they may be reassigned to a different unit or schedule with two weeks of notice.
