Overnight Communications Coordinator (Part Time)

Overnight Reservations Sales Specialist (Part Time) is the primary liaison and communication center for all operational departments and guests during the overnight shift. This motivated individual is responsible for facilitating and completing all overnight guest requests including those made via phone, mobile app and chat message. This individual can also assist with any in-room dining requests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
