Responsibilities


  • Engage with business leaders on people strategy and effective delivery of talent management, organization design, and structure
  • Manage the resolution of disputes and complaints in partnership with company leadership, the Employee Relations Specialist, and Corporate Counsel
  • Provide organizational development support; work with business teams and functions to understand current and future business goals and trends that may impact workforce needs and initiatives
  • Build credibility and trust with the workforce and leaders to provide counsel to leaders and act as an encouraging advisor for employees
  • Assist leaders in effectively communicating to the workforce to promote employee engagement and information sharing
  • Act as a culture steward and exemplify the values and principles of the organization
  • Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on our culture
  • Provide strategic guidance to leaders in areas of change management and employee development
  • Ensure employees understand how they contribute value to the company; identify talent gaps that may hinder performance and coach supervisors on developing gap closure plans
  • Keep a pulse on the organization by measuring and monitoring the needs of employees and managers through leadership surveys, employee feedback sessions, exit interviews, and one-on-one employee discussions
  • Partner with the Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment with the people strategy and deliver flawless partnerships to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development Specialist to ensure development opportunities are available across all levels of the organization


Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical applications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in presenting topics related to values, principles, and soft skills
