What we are looking for:
Argano is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Transportation Management Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to Argano clients in the Oracle community.
The Oracle Transportation Management professional is expected to have expertise in implementing the Oracle Transportation Management solution. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementations of Oracle Transportation Management.
This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Transportation Management. An Oracle Transportation professional defines client business requirements, designs, and configures the system solution for Oracle Transportation Management applications, and assists with system validation, go-live preparation and support.
Responsibilities:
- Load data conversions through the FBDI process
- Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:
- Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Transportation Management, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
- Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
- Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions.
- Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval.
- Work with Oracle to resolve service requests.
- Write specs for conversions, integrations, modifications and reports.
- Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
- Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
- Post-production support,
- Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,
- Gather business requirements through business process workshops,
- Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,
- Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications,
Required Skills:
- Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations.
- High commitment to exceed performance expectations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Minimum 2-3 end to end Oracle Transportation Management implementations.
- Hands on experience with loading data via FBDI
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances.
- Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- APICS or other supply chain certifications is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to lead complete software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing.
- Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 commensurate with experience. Argano also offers a performance-based bonus and strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Parental Leave and Flexible Time Off.
