Direct Hire with benefits or long-term W2 Contract (benefits attached) or C2C Contract
Remote with 50% Travel to Tennessee in 2023-2024, and overseas in 2025

JOB OVERVIEW
The Conversion Data Business Analyst is a critical role in implementing global Oracle Cloud ERP solution.
Will work or
Data Conversion Analyst – Oracle ERP Cloud - 50% Travel
Responsible for managing the data strategy and conversions for one of data metrics streams - either
Q2C “Quote to Cash”
S2P “Source to Pay”
F2P “Forecast to Plan”
P2P “Plan to Produce”
R2R “Record to Report”
PDH “Product Data Hub
Analysis for business requirements and ability to coordinate conversions from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud.
Conduct data mapping, design decisions, validation of data, and coordinating activities between various business and technical resources.
Ensuring strong ongoing data management policies and processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES
5+ years of experience as a business analyst/BI/Reporting in ERP (Preferably Oracle Cloud) implementations.
3+ years of experience in Financial data conversions including mapping and validating.
3+ years of Oracle Cloud Fusion or other large ERP (SAP, Dynamics, NetSuite, Epicor)
Experience with writing conversion plans for either
Q2C “Quote to Cash”
S2P “Source to Pay”
F2P “Forecast to Plan”
P2P “Plan to Produce”
PDH “Product Data Hub
Has experience developing and executing test plans.
Ability to lay out a plan and coordinate activities.
Highly desirable experience with Oracle Cloud Data Model and data mapping
Experience with structured query language (SQL) and OTBI
